Q: What is the best place to take a vacation in North America ?
I want to take a vacaction, but don't want to leave North America, what is the best place I can go ? I like beaches, and outdoor type stuff, camping, roller coasters.

A: Monterey Peninsula in California (or North Cali with San Fran, Monterey, San Jose, Carmel, Big Sur, Pacific Grove and Pebble Beach)

Q: Where is a romantic vacation in North America outside of the US?
Carribean and South America are good too.

A: Puerto Vallarta is amazing! My husband and I went there for our honeymoon, and there is nothing like white sand beaches, clear blue water, and the sound of the ocean lulling you to sleep. You can find several great all-inclusive resorts in the area for very reasonable prices, which is wonderful for romantic vacations because you can get all your meals, drinks, and room service without ever having to take out your wallet (except for tip). We stayed at Dreams, which has a private beach, and all the rooms are oceanview. If you like a little adventure on your vacation, it's also very easy to book tours and activities at your hotel.

Q: Can you recommend a spa vacation destination in North America or the Caribbean?

A: There are so many. For me I'd say: The desert southwest - the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Canyon de Chelley. Each beautiful in it's own way. Puerto Rico - the Rainforest, the tropical beaches. Stunning. Great Smokey Mountains National Park - South end of the Blue Ridge Parkway, and again, lovely. Washington, DC - a beautiful city with broad avenues and stunning architecture.

A: There are lots of places to go in California. I would recommend Hawaii. It's tropical, distant but not too far. It would make for a very nice trip!

A: The Brunswick County beaches of North Carolina, very relaxing and quiet.

Q: I want a golf and spa vacation in September in North America?

A: La Costa resort and spa. I only recommend it because I live nearby. I have never stayed there, but am sure it is first class. They often host major PGA events. It is in southern California in North county San Diego. That is about 35 miles north of the center of San Diego and maybe 100 miles south of LA. Tourist season is over here after the first week in September, but the weather stays near perfect until January. Very little chance of any rain at all. It is not on the beach, but very close. It is also close to a lot of things to do and see in the San Diego area.

Q: where is the best place to go freestyle/pipe sowboarding in North America?
i'm planning a vacation and was wondering what is the best snowboard park is for freestyle and halfpipe, you know something that has to do with tricks.

A: I've always liked going to Breckenridge, CO. Cool town with LOTS of terrain up there. The Superpipe up there is always top notch. But the best part about going to Breck is the fact that it's so close to Keystone, Vail, and Beaver Creek. They even offer a lift ticket good for all four. Total number of lifts:96...Breck-29+gondola/tram, Keystone-20, Vail-33+gondala/tram, Beaver Creek-14 Total skiable acres:11,992...Breck-2208, Keystone-2870, Vail-5289, Beaver Creek-1625 Parks/pipes: 12 parks/7 pipes...Breck-4 parks/4 pipes incl superpipe, Vail-4 parks/superpipe, Beaver Creek-3 parks/halfpipe, Keystone-the infamous A51(area 51) with superpipe. Co's only night park and one of the countries largest. A-basin is def worth a mention too. Closer to Denver than the rest of them. Only 490 acres and 6 lifts, but normal to be boarding in June. That's a whole lot of fully accessable terrain. I speak from experience when I say it will take multiple trips before you cover it all.
